Meet Hank
Hank Chapman has been an active member of our community for decades. Having deep ties both as a family man and a professional, Manlius is my home, and I want to give back.

How & Where to Vote
The election is March 18th, but make sure if you’re voting absentee you get it in ahead of time! If you need a ride to the Manlius Village Center to vote, there’s always help!
Hank’s Vision:
Over the next four years, I hope to build on the progress we have achieved during my first seven years on the village board.
I envision a village with vibrant Main Streets, thriving businesses, and fewer empty storefronts. I want to see residents and visitors enjoying the many great businesses in our community, along with the various amenities and recreational opportunities we offer. My goal is to enhance pedestrian accessibility throughout our village and ensure there is ample parking to accommodate everyone.
I also remain committed to fulfilling our core mission: maintaining departments that provide top-notch services for all of our residents while continuing to deliver these services at a reasonable cost to taxpayers.

I have dedicated my life and career to my local community. I served two years on the Manlius Town Board and six as Town Supervisor.
